Pepperoncini Pepper

Paisan has improved uniformity and seedling quality when compared to other commercially available strains. Fruits are thin-walled and mild to slightly spicy in pungency. Best harvested at 3–4" for pickling, sautéing, or stir-frying. The large, vigorous plants should be staked for highest fruit quality. High yield potential—harvest promptly to encourage plants to keep producing.
