Thinking about adding goats to your mountain homestead? Join us for this practical, hands-on workshop where you'll learn the essentials of raising healthy, productive goats in a mountain environment. We'll cover choosing the right breeds, fencing, shelter, nutrition, predator protection, kidding basics, common health concerns, and daily care. You'll meet our own herd, see how we manage goats on our farm, and have plenty of time to ask questions. Whether you're planning for a few backyard goats or a growing herd, you'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to get started the right way. Perfect for beginners and aspiring homesteaders alike.

- Registration is $10 per person, $20 per household.
- Want to pay when you arrive? Select "Other Payment Options" and chose "Cash on Delivery" at checkout.
- Event tickets are transferrable to another event or person but not refundable. If you need to make a change please email store@farmatwormanmill.com
- The workshop will take place outside. Wear comfortable clothing, we recommend bringing a water bottle and hat. Please wear closed toe shoes as goats sometimes step on feet.
